Client are added and removed from your subscription based on whether they are Active or Archived in the Firm Dashboard. Only Active clients are billed in each period. Each time you add a new client, it will be added to your bill automatically.
To view all of your Active clients, navigate to the Firm Dashboard page using Home button on the left side of the screen.
All of the Active clients will be visible on this page. For more information on adding or archiving clients, check out our Client Management article.
