Why do I keep getting error messages when uploading files?

You could be receiving error messages for a number of reasons. Most commonly, it is related to not having the correct fields in the reports you are trying to upload. Click on the error icon for an explanation of the issue. Then, double check that all of the extra fields are added to the General Ledger you are trying to upload.
